Yes! All new students are entitled to a 30-minute trial lesson. This gives you a chance to meet your teacher, experience our teaching style, and make sure it’s the right fit for your learning goals.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome email with your class schedule. You can also message our support team via email or WhatsApp to request changes, rescheduling, or cancellations.
Rescheduling is easy. Just send us a message via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the lesson, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
You may cancel a scheduled lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons canceled after that window will be counted as completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Yes. Fluentora offers a 28-day money-back guarantee on unused lessons. If you’ve purchased a monthly or package plan and wish to cancel, we will refund the amount corresponding to unused sessions.
If you miss a lesson without prior notice (less than 12 hours), the session will be marked as completed. However, in emergency situations, we’re always open to discussing a resolution—just message us.
